Security policy of personal data processing
I. Purpose
The purpose of this procedure is to guarantee the security of personal information operated by the emanuelbeclean.ro website, hereinafter referred to as the Operator. V.2. The right to access data
Any person has the right to obtain, upon request and free of charge, access to their own information from the operator’s database, in order to modify and/or update it. The request can be addressed both in writing, to the operator’s email address, and verbally. The operator undertakes to make the changes requested by the person in question as soon as possible.
V.3. The right of opposition
ata subjects have the right to refuse the use of their personal data for the purposes specified by the Operator, except in cases where there are legal provisions to the contrary. In case of opposition, the processing of the respective information will stop immediately.
V.4. The right to go to court
Any data subject will have the legal right to address complaints to the supervisory authority in order to defend any kind of rights guaranteed by law, if they have been violated. Any person who has suffered damage as a result of an illegal processing of personal data may apply to the competent court for reparation.
